    I were very upset of receiving an item which is not I purchased. I purchase a C30B robot vacuum cleaner but received a toy vacuum.

    When I confronted Ninja about the issue, I was told to email the seller.

    I realized the seller is a spam when I check on the review at facebook and not likely to get back my money.

    Can Ninja do something to prevent all this happened?

    I am very dissapointed withnthe shipment with Ninjavan. There late for a day or 2 which not good for a delivery company.
